Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in events production and technical services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our event services portfolio. This role requires both a strategic mindset and hands-on experience in the events industry, with a focus on technical and production aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for events and technical production services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events industry, including corporate, entertainment, and public events.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the production and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of events.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and the latest technologies in event production.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the events industry with a strong understanding of events production and technical services.
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Arabic. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical aspects to clients.
  • Must possess a UAE driving license and have a car for travel to client meetings and events.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong client relationship management and networking skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event sales, particularly in events production and technical services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
